Niger 2019: Nigeria’s Flying Eagles set for final camping

Assistant coach of Nigeria’s U20 national team Bala Abubakar has revealed that the Nigeria U20 national team camp is expected to open on Sunday ahead of next month’s CAF Africa U20 cup of nations in Niger.

Bala speaking in a chat with Cornerstonenewsng.comexplained that the camp will be opened with players who qualified the national team for the U20 AFCON as well as players who also featured in the Silver medal winning WAFU cup team.
Bala thereafter said the foreign based players penciled down will join the team in two weeks; in time before the final list of players is submitted.
The Flying Eagles are drawn in group A alongside host nation Niger, South Africa and Burundi and the competition starts on 2nd through to the 17th of February 2019.
