Coach of Lagos based NPFL side MFM FC Tony Bolus has rued the timing of the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown.
Bolus speaking in a chat with brila.net said the timing was wrong for his team after so much work to get the team back to winning ways leading to the break and reveals he has continued to check on his players very well to ensure they don’t lose all that was gathered before the break.
“At a very wrong time because the little time I was away, I’ve actually done some research on how to improve the team and immediately when I came, the improvement we started seeing with the win against Abia warriors and that was just before the break.
I’m not happy and that’s why I make sure I keep monitoring them to make sure we don’t lose what we have gathered at that period. “
